Winner must pass a background check to complete transfer of firearms.  If the winner refuses or fails background check they will be given a $500 cash prize in lieu of the prizes.  All local, state and federal firearms laws will apply.  The winner is responsible for shipping and transfer fees as applicable.   This raffle is open to US citizens over the age of 21 only.
